As a doctorate of Social Work (DSW) and Licensed Therapist/ Licensed Clinical Social Worker I have over 25 years of experience helping adolescents, young adults, adults, couples and families in various settings in the Orlando and Central Florida community. I have advanced training and experience treating a vast array of mental health concerns. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to assist with trauma and high level emotional challenges. My primary goal is to create a caring and collaborative environment for an individual's counseling experience and assist clients to achieve personal growth and improvement. I also use creative methods such as metaphor, healing stories, art, music, and relaxation therapy throughout the therapeutic process.
