Someone great once stated, "Life's challenges are not supposed to paralyze you, they're supposed to help you discover who you are," and honestly, I couldn't agree more. I am a helper by nature and a social worker by profession; my goal is to help individuals, couples and families realize that they already possess the power to implement positive change and we can work together to harness that power and apply it to the issues presenting in their lives.
