Your path to health and happiness emerges through nurturing body, mind, and spirit. As a licensed psychologist, I work with adult clients as they move toward healing from a variety of mental health and life concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, self esteem issues, academic struggles, life transitions, and cross-cultural dilemmas. In a therapeutic environment of respect and dignity for my clients, I draw upon my clinical experiences in the mental health field as well as my knowledge of research-supported treatments to help individuals achieve the healing and life changes they seek.
