Sometimes life can knock us down and leave us feeling emotionally drained, anxious, frustrated, or hopeless. Ready to be empowered? We believe empowerment has real meaning when clients take the first step in defining it through a collaborative counseling process. Throughout this process we help clients to restore balance in their lives. We are licensed professional counselors in MD with 10 years combined in the counseling field. We use a nonjudgmental approach with a style tailored to each individual's needs. Varied theoretical orientations such as CBT, Humanistic, Interpersonal, and Family Systems Therapy; just to name a few, are utilized to help clients reach their full potential. Treatment services include individual, couples, family, and grief counseling. We offer therapy regarding anger and stress management, depression, and anxiety as well.
