I have a broad range of experience, skills and expertise working with adolescents, adults and couples in a variety of settings including schools, correctional facilities, hospitals/primary care and community health facilities. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy while providing an open and safe space for clients to explore and express themselves freely. Clients are empowered to make their own choices and decisions and to reconnect with their inner strength. I believe therapy can be a guide for clients to obtain the tools necessary to reach their goals in order to become their best self.
