Since becoming a licensed Clinical Psychologist in over 15 years ago, I have had the privilege of working with teens and adults of many racial, religious, economic, and ethnic backgrounds, and with clients of varied sexual orientations and preferences. I use a customized blend of therapy approaches for each client, generally with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral techniques, to help my clients become their best selves. I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with relationship issues, depression, trauma, parenting, social issues, and stress, and take great care to provide a culturally sensitive therapy environment to all clients.
