I am a seasoned psychotherapist providing dedicated treatment for over twenty-five years to both individuals and couples. My goal is to provide safe, affirming, and experienced guidance actively addressing concerns related to relationship conflict and distress, anxiety and depression, grief and loss. Psychotherapy can be a powerful and healing experience in transforming adverse life and relationship challenges, difficult childhood attachment experiences, moving forward into resilience, flourishing and more fulfilling relationships. I have received specialized training in relationship therapy and experiential emotion-focused, trauma-informed approaches towards personal growth and change, including Certification in AEDP and advanced training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy). I have been successful in addressing relationship conflict and strengthening partnership bonds.
