Karin Hovey, PsyD is a psychologist licensed in the state of NH. She graduated from Antioch University New England with a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. Her focus is providing individual psychotherapy services for adults struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and difficult life transitions. Karin believes in a person-centered, strengths-based treatment approach, and utilizes elements from a variety of interventions, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
