**ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS** Greetings and a warm welcome! I work with adults, older adults, and couples to help navigate the complex human experience. I treat a variety of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply feelings of being "stuck". I have helped many people develop a greater understanding of themselves individually and in their relationship to others. Through therapy together we can “untangle” the knots of thoughts and feelings so that you may work through emotional, psychological and/or spiritual issues to feel happier and healthier.
