I offer psychotherapy services for adults, primarily focused on maternal mental health and wellness. In addition, I offer 90 minute consultations for parents/caregivers of autistic and AuDHD individuals, specializing in PDA (Pervasive/Protective Drive for Autonomy, formally known as Pathological Demand Avoidance) and other complex profiles. The focus of these consultations is on psychoeducation and targeted problem solving to support connection, family wellness, and neurodiverse and autonomy-affirming care.
