I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a PhD in Counseling, providing therapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, and major life transitions. You’ve held it together for so long but lately it’s been harder to hide how tired, anxious, or disconnected you feel. Whether you’re healing from a painful relationship, navigating the effects of trauma, or trying to break free from people-pleasing and self-doubt, therapy can be the place where you finally exhale. My approach is warm, direct, and deeply collaborative. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and empowered. Together, we focus on trauma-informed care and nervous system regulation, helping your body and mind move out of chronic stress and into a more grounded, balanced state.
