Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, family conflict, or major life transitions, we’ll take a collaborative, personalized approach to help you regain clarity, balance, and direction. I’m a Florida board-certified Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with certifications in Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) and Trauma-Focused CBT. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a PhD in Family Therapy.
