I provide warm, culturally responsive mental health care for children, teens, and young adults ages 4–25. Using play therapy and other evidence-based approaches, I help youth build coping skills, navigate stress, and work through challenges and trauma in a space where they feel safe, understood, and valued. My focus is meeting the unique needs of each young person using a variety of evidence-based strategies designed specifically for children and adolescents. I offer accessible, high-quality care that supports growth, resilience, and overall well-being.
