I am a psychotherapist with specialized training in childhood trauma, family-of-origin issues, relationship dynamics, sexuality, and gender. I work with folks navigating challenges in intimacy, communication, identity, depression, anxiety, parenting, and relationships. I am committed to providing care that is inclusive and affirming of LGBTQ+ identities, culture, ability, and diverse expressions of humanity. We live intersectional lives and all of who we are needs to be able to show up in the therapy room. I aim to support you in creating the kind of relationships—both with others and with yourself—that feel safe and authentic. My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach that honors peoples' lived experiences. I have extensive training in sex therapy, systemic family therapy, the Gottman Method for couples, Emotionally-Focused Couple Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and LGBTQ+ Affirming practices.
