About

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works individually with adults aged 18 and older. I am a PSYPACT provider, which allows me to offer virtual therapy in most states (please refer to the PSYPACT map/website or my personal website for a detailed list of eligible states). I also offer in-person sessions at my office in Southeast Denver, Colorado. I work with adults struggling with a variety of mental health concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and stress related to parenting, career, school, adjustment concerns, and overall self-fulfillment. View 8 Photos As a Level 2 AEDP clinician, my orientation privileges healing over pathology. My work also integrates attachment theory, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, EFT, and IFS. With my unique background in affective/cognitive neuroscience, I help clients understand the brain’s role in mental health, especially the neuroplastic changes that accompany healing through therapy.
