I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing services to individuals, couples, and families in need. I specialize in relational problems (between couples or within the family). Also experienced in array of other issues including: anxiety, depression, transitional difficulties, bereavement, anger management, unresolved conflict or trauma, behavioral and emotional difficulties. Emphasis is placed on creating an environment where my clients can feel safe, heard, and understood. I am a systemic thinker and practice Brief Therapy with a Solution Focused Approach. The aim is to help clients get to their desired goals while helping them develop the tools necessary for future coping and success.
