English | español Most of my clients come to me when they are feeling stuck, constantly triggered, and unmotivated, but hoping to be driven. Most have ADHD/ASD and some degree of trauma, usually stemming from family of origin and/or unhealthy romantic relationships. Depression and anxiety are almost a given when you don't know the root cause of your emotions, behaviors, and thoughts, and can't "get going." My clients are usually looking for more than a "rent a friend," looking to be challenged in a positive and accepting manner. As a fellow human, I have struggled with many of the same issues as my clients and appreciate the trust they give me.
