I am a licensed Psychologist and I work with clients presenting with a broad range of issues. I use a practical, supportive and collaborative approach to therapy and believe in tailoring my treatment plan to the specific needs and goals of each client. Clients often choose to begin therapy with me when they feel stuck in an unsatisfying or unhealthy situation, when life feels overwhelming, when past experiences begin to negatively affect current relationships, or when they want assistance developing the skills to cope with their current life circumstances.
