I work with individuals and couples who are high achievers and are struggling with stress or balance in their lives. I help clients improve relationships and reduce anxiety. Many of my clients have demanding jobs and busy family lives and are looking for additional tools to optimize performance and relationships at home and at work. I also work with clients who need help navigating life transitions, faith crises, or other religious struggles. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, sport and performance psychology, and relationship and communication skill building with people to help them reach their goals.
