Asking for help can be incredibly difficult. There may be times when we don’t feel like ourselves or are not living how we want to be. Other times we simply feel stuck. My approach to therapy is to join you on exploring if life was better, what would be different. If you’re not sure what that may be, that’s OK too. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach throughout the therapeutic process. This means not having to voyage alone toward what those changes in perspective and actions may be, to feel more congruent to who you are and your values in life.
