My main focus is working with adult individuals seeking a Christian perspective. While telehealth services are provided, I prefer meeting in person. Because fresh air, sunlight, and movement are vital to our mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, I offer other therapy venues beyond a traditional office setting. On nice weather days, we can walk on trails, sit by the pond, rock in chairs at the barn, love the donkeys and horses, or sit outside on a screened-in patio. For those who enjoy animals, my two miniature dachshunds will be assisting with therapy. I have been married for 30+ years and have two grown children, as well as two miniature dachshunds, Pearl and Chubster. I love the outdoors in any form, enjoy running, and appreciate a good book.
