As a tenured professor, I have firsthand insights into the unique, demanding, and often problematic professional institutions. My practice specializes in working with professionals, who are highly successful in many ways but have (had to) set aside and not been able to prioritize their emotional and interpersonal wellbeing. I have especially built an expertise in working with people of color, LGBTQ+ folks, and others, who have been historically overlooked by the traditional framework of professional institutions.
