I believe that healing occurs when one fully connects to heart. As human beings, we require safety and connection based firmly on trust, compassion, and integrity. Through connection, you can experience the benefit of allowing your heart to have a voice and gain insight into your needs as you move forward on your individual journey. Every individual has a unique story that deserves to be heard and I am dedicated to transforming the experiences of each of my client's by focusing on their values, processing interpersonal trauma, and developing a conceptual picture of what it would mean to embody well-being. I completed a postdoctoral fellowship in treating dual diagnosis of professional individuals. Additionally, my specialties include sexual health and the development of sexuality, and psychological assessment. I am an EMDRIA approved EMDR therapist.
