My work is grounded in a trauma-informed care, mind-body approach that honors how lived experiences shape both emotional and physical well-being. I offer Walk/Talk therapy for clients who prefer a more active, movement-based approach to healing. I am also a Certified EMDR Therapist and have seen how powerful and life-changing EMDR can be in helping clients process trauma and find lasting relief.
