About
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re managing work stress, anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, or feeling stuck despite your best efforts. Therapy can be a space to slow down, gain clarity, and create meaningful change. My approach is empathetic, flexible, and grounded in evidence-based practices, paired with practical strategies that support real-life challenges. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and pace. I’m currently completing a master’s degree at Oxford University in mindfulness-based training and am committed to lifelong learning to continually improve the care I provide.
