I work with adult women who are navigating concerns like perimenopausal anxiety or mood changes, late-diagnosed ADHD, family-of-origin wounds, people-pleasing, spiritual or church hurt, boundaries, relationship difficulties, and grief that comes from losses due to death, big shifts in life, and other life losses. Many of the women I see tell me they’ve spent years taking care of everyone else and suddenly realize they’ve lost touch with who they are.
