With over 14 years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping women navigate the unique mental health and relational concerns associated with menopause and sexual wellness. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Sex Therapist (AASECT), I am dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care for women during pivotal stages of life. I hold a PhD in Clinical Sexology from the Modern Sex Therapy Institutes and am trained in EMDR and Gottman methods.
