I specialize in working with individuals, families, and young adults who are navigating issues of identity, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and unresolved family dynamics. Many of my clients are Mixed-race individuals who want to explore how their cultural identities shape their experiences I am especially passionate about working with Mixed-race individuals who are exploring questions of identity and belonging. I understand the unique challenges of holding multiple cultural perspectives and the impact this can have on self-esteem and connection. Together, we can explore these layers of identity with curiosity and compassion.
