I have always had a desire to help people since I was a small child. As a young adult my interest began to grow towards the helping profession. My faith is important to me. It is my faith that continues to drive my profession as a therapist. I believe in life we experience so many things that effect how we think, live, and grow as a person. I wanted to gain more knowledge on how to be effective in helping people. So, then begins my journey to social work.
