As a psychologist, with 32 years in the field, I have a tremendous amount of experience. I know how to help. I will assist in addressing anxiety and/or depressive undertones that are unique to you, while assisting in developing strategies/skills that will help you better manage relationships with others and more importantly, your relationship with yourself.
