I am a licensed counselor with a PhD in Counseling and over 20 years of experience guiding individuals, couples, and groups toward healing and growth. My training spans general systems theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and humanistic approaches, allowing me to tailor interventions to each client’s unique needs.
