Regardless of what you may be struggling with and its relationship to your social identities, I believe you have the agency to determine how you are being impacted by the world around you. My role in the counseling relationship is to collaborate with you and identify what is the most appropriate avenue for fostering change and growth. I believe in a relational strengths-based approach to therapy. Meaning that my work is grounded in empathy, warmth, and challenge help to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can process, grow, and heal.
