I'm a licensed psychologist committed to providing inclusive, affirming, and anti-oppressive care. I specialize in working with teens and adults dealing with issues such as trauma, ADHD, anxiety, relationship dynamics and identity development. While grounded in classic therapeutic approaches such as mindfulness, DBT and CBT, I intentionally adapt them to honor clients' cultural identities, lived experiences, and the broader sociopolitical forces that shape mental health — including racism, intergenerational trauma, and systemic oppression. My practice is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in social justice values.
