You may find yourself living under a familiar weight, an emotional tone that permeates each day, a sadness that does not announce itself but rarely leaves, or a sense of being caught in ways of relating that feel both known and unchosen. Some people I work with come having been in therapy before, aware that something important remains untouched; others arrive with only the knowledge that their way of being has grown constricted. What they share is a longing to feel more alive, more at home in themselves, and more able to inhabit their lives with meaning and presence. Psychological suffering often arises less from conscious thought than from unseen patterns that shape experience outside awareness and repeat despite effort. My work attends to these patterns, including how lived history settles in the body as sensation, symptom, or affect. Together, we make room for what has been unspoken, allowing something new to emerge.
