I am a licensed psychologist with almost 20 years of clinical specialization. I utilize a warm, friendly, and thoughtful approach to therapy that promotes a therapeutic space and relationship that is safe and supportive. I am mindful of the individual needs and strengths of the children, parents, and families I enjoy supporting. I believe in the importance of supporting and empowering clients to work through difficult emotions and a wide-range of mental health concerns. I especially enjoy working with young children and families, teens/young adults, and mothers at different stages of parenthood.
