Life throws us curveballs...and sometimes we realize that our old ways of coping just aren't working anymore. Counseling can be immensely helpful in getting back on track or adjusting to new life circumstances that are beyond our control. Learning new ways to engage problems, improve relationships, and deal with our negative feelings can be very beneficial to establishing and maintaining health, wellbeing, and happiness--so that the life we are living is one we truly want to be in! I specialize in personal and relationship issues, coping with changes, and seasons of depression and anxiety.
