I am a dual-licensed clinical psychologist in NY and NJ. I have extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan with special interest in treating emerging and young adults. I am highly trained in evidence-based CBT modalities (e.g., ERP, ACT, HRT, ComB) and specialize in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. This also includes working with clients who may present with other mood, cognitive, and behavioral disorders such as depression, ADHD, ASD, and ODD. I also have experience treating those facing difficult life transitions, family conflict, and identity crises.
