About

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Massachusetts and Texas. I am also a training clinic director for Texas A&M University, where I run daily clinic operations and train clinicians. Using cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), I collaborate with my patients to actively target thoughts and behaviors that maintain and amplify negative emotional experiences. My goal is to teach patients to build and maintain a fulfilling life using skills they learn during our time together.
