Is life what you thought it would be like, how it was “supposed to” be? Are you doing what you know you are supposed to, what you have been told is expected of you, yet your world is not improving? You still have choices, and you can make change happen. Often, our behaviors that interfere with achieving the life you deserve have protected your well-being or your relationship for many years. Whether it is trauma saturation, professional boundaries, intimacy avoidance, or unwanted addictive behaviors, you no longer have to react alone but can now respond with someone beside you. I am a retired veteran and a prior law enforcement officer. Many of my encounters were in being present to others struggling with pain. If interested in opportunities for clinical supervision, I have served as a peer mentor, mental health clinician, clinical supervisor, and faculty member.
