Hi there! I’m Dr. Lacey, a licensed psychologist in Walnut Creek offering in-person therapy in the East Bay and virtual sessions in California. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity, trauma, and relationship patterns that have us feeling stuck. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” anything —it’s about getting curious, real, and building emotional flexibility. My approach blends evidence-based care with warmth, humor, and the space for both of us to be humans together.
