I work with folks ready to grow holistically, including partners and individuals facing intimacy and trust ruptures, infidelity, desire or arousal concerns, anxiety, and identity exploration. I am informed and affirming of LGBTQIA+ and kink communities. My clients want a grounded, nonjudgmental space to tend mind, body, and spirit, rebuild safety, and deepen connection. Goals include clearer communication, secure attachment, confident sexuality, and steadier nervous systems.
