Dr. LaShon Sawyer, MSSA, PhD, LISW-S, LCSW provides premium, individualized therapy and clinical assessment for adults. Many of the people I work with look like they’re “holding it all together” on the outside while quietly unraveling on the inside. I work well with high-functioning professionals, caregivers, and helpers who feel emotionally exhausted or disconnected. You may be carrying symptoms of anxiety or depression, the weight of unresolved trauma or grief, or the emotional exhaustion of burnout and burnout recovery.
