Welcome! I'm the owner of the Reflection Psychological Services Group, where we work with folks who already have substantial insight and self-awareness, but yet find themselves stuck in their relationships, career, sense of self, anxiety, or depression. It’s ok to not have all the answers. If you are curious about the how, the why, and the what’s next, we can help. Our group practice includes therapists specializing in IFS, CBT, ACT, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. We offer in-person therapy in Manhattan, as well as teletherapy for clients located in New York or Colorado.
