As a trauma informed, Narcissistic abuse specialist I offer personalized, intensive sessions aimed at helping my clients heal from trauma and emotional abuse. I combine personal knowledge, deep human connection, and evidence based treatments. Improving boundaries, self-esteem, and trauma response behaviors are some of my main focuses in therapy. I employ EMDR, CBT, DBT, Trauma Focused, and mindfulness based approaches. I engage in frequent continuing education in order to remain up to date with the latest and most effective evidence-based treatments. Hablo Espanol! My typical client has experienced trauma and/or abuse. Narcissistic abuse survivors compose a large part of my practice. My clients typically struggle with identity issues, depression, low self self-esteem, assertiveness issues, panic attacks, and grief.
