I believe that meaningful therapy can add so much value to one's life by providing relief from suffering, deeper awareness, healthier self-esteem, and more fulfilling relationships. I work by helping people understand and express their thoughts and emotions, shift unhelpful patterns, and improve their capacity to cope with challenges. Good therapy can also identify and nurture talents and abilities. I work with people struggling with an array of issues including anxiety, depression, parenting, self-esteem, relationship/marital problems, postpartum adjustment, food allergies and feeling stuck or trapped. I listen carefully and provide personalized treatment. My style is warm, understanding and thoughtful. I am open and curious, and genuinely enjoy learning from my clients. I love being a psychologist and the opportunity to do such meaningful work every day.
