If you believe that knowing yourself in a deep way can open up potential space for repair and healing, I could be the right therapist for you. There is so much to grieve and love in this world of ours: our personal stories and family histories, the troubles of loved ones, our social and political pain, and the crisis facing our planet. All of this can feel exhausting or impossible to do alone. I work with patients who are creative, innovative, have unique perspectives on the world and are curious to open up to what is stuck in them in order to repair, heal and become more vital inside and within their relationships and the world. Your pain needs someone to talk to. I aim to support the deep and challenging work of helping you face your fears, get in touch with your emotional life, and help you discover what's going on that made your critical inner voice so powerful. I also work with many substance use disorders, helping to support the development of a life free from addictions.
