During your session, we’ll explore your history, patterns, and relationships, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches to foster insight and change. My goal is to create a trusting, nonjudgmental space where you can safely examine the roles you play and develop greater self-understanding, authenticity, and a sense of wholeness. When working with couples, I help partners understand the cycles they get stuck in and the emotions that drive them. This integrative approach helps partners understand their interaction patterns, deepen emotional connection, and build practical skills for communication and repair. With over ten years of experience, I draw on my background as a PhD-level clinician, LCSW, adjunct professor, and licensed educator to offer a grounded, informed, and compassionate approach. I work collaboratively to help you gain clarity, build emotional resilience, and develop healthier ways of relating, to yourself and to others.
