I have years of experience working with children, teens, and adults on issues related to depression, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation (borderline personality disorder). I love working with a teenager to learn more about their life, what is going well, and how we can best solve the puzzle of their issues together. When I work with children or teens, parents are incorporated into the therapeutic process. I will always focus on the client's background, never giving them a 'one-size-fits-all' treatment. I have a special focus on media/internet use. I view therapy as a collaborative process, and look forward to working with you!
