I specialize and work exclusively with high-masking neurodiverse individuals and their loved ones through individual and equine therapy and coaching. As an adult-diagnosed neurodivergent woman and parent to a neurospicy child, I recognize the beauty and struggles that come with neurodiversity. I am passionate about helping people learn to support their neurodivergence proactively and understand their neurodiversity through a strengths-based perspective. I also work as an organizational consultant and speaker on neurodiversity, teaching organizations how to best understand and support neurodivergent talent in the workplace.
