Welcome and congrats on taking this step on your personal journey! As a therapist, I believe it takes courage to scope out the therapy scene as well as dive into your own journey, be it building awareness, resources, or healing from immediate or past experiences. I am a psychodynamic therapist. My approach is rooted in attachment theory, utilizing the client-therapist relationship to listen, coach, and impart a curated skill set to meet you, the client, where you are at this moment in time.
